unfortunately the printer has been found (Samsung BOOT DOWNLOAD) but the document remains in the queue and printing is not activated. Strange the name of recognition since the model is Samsung Xpress c410w. It is a printer that I have had for some time but that has been blocked for a few days, it does not print or even turns off. Thanks if you can give me some further info.
1) Have you updated your Windows recently? If yes, uninstall the most recent update. ‘Windows update’ is having some printer issues these days.
2) How is your printer connected to the computer, through USB cable?
3) Go to the ‘device manager’ and then go to USB section (Universal Serial BUS) and uninstall the ‘printing support’ from there.
4) After that, reboot your computer and then try to print out something.
