I have a Ricoh Aficio MP C2030 printer, I am having problem in installing this machine. Earlier, it was merely used for copying purposes but now, I am trying to install in my PC. My PC has Windows 11. I searched the printer on network cable and installed it. But as soon as i give print command, the machine starts to reset jobs. I tried all the drivers for Ricoh 2030 but in all cases, resetting jobs are being done automatically. Then, I installed Ricoh 2030 RPCS driver. After installing this driver, test print actually works on Windows 11 but when I select the printer through MS word or adobe pdf, the ms word or adobe automatically crashes. This makes me think that the machine is ok but the driver is not working properly. Old driver 2030 rpcs is not suitable for ms word or adobe but gives test print and latest driver automatically reset jobs.

No, these drivers are also resetting jobs. I have removed all the unnecessary drivers and installed as suggested above. I think the drivers suggested are used for universal printers. There should be specific driver for this machine for Windows 11 64 bit. The driver at Ricoh-Aficio-MP-C2030-RPCS (RPCS 64 bit) gives only test print but when I select printer through MS word, the MS word crashes.
