Answer: In this case, we suggest that you please follow the following steps to fix this issue.

Step 1: Uninstall the currently installed L360 driver completely from the control panel and system registry as well. You may Revo Uninstaller if it can’t be removed.

Step 2: Remove printer from print management and print server. Click here to find out how to remove the printer driver from print management.

Step 3: Remove printer driver from Registry. Click here to find out how to remove the printer driver from the Registry.

Step 4: Shutdown your printer and the computer and leave them off for 30 seconds only.

Step 5: Apply Power drain to your printer.

Step 6: Download the L360 latest driver. Click here to download the Epson L360 driver.

Step 7: Install the downloaded driver.

Step 8: Plug your printer’s USB cable to the computer properly and turn on the computer when the installer is prompted.
