I have an MG5750 that up until now has worked perfectly well. I had some issues with the wifi recently and now it will not connect to my mac running IOS 10.10.5. I know its an old mac but I’ve never had any issues. Ive tried updating the drivers for it but they just keep failing. The printer is connected to the wifi it’s just my mac that just having issues with. The other issue I have is selecting my router mac address, on the printer it’s one digit wrong. Is this the issue?
You’ll have to do two things, first disconnect your printer from the router’s network and connect it again so that it can assign a new IP to your printer and reinstall the printer driver on your MAC as well.
